The great history does not disappear without a trace. It is preserved and reproduced in the genetic code of the people, in their historical memory and in their deeds. Its mighty power lies exactly in it. Preservation and study, transmission from generation to generation of historical heritage is one of the main priorities of our state.
This is extremely important because in the environment of current globalization, new challenges are emerging, including the threat of an ever-increasing spread of «mass culture», cult of consumerism, danger of destroying morality and value orientations.
That is why, I believe, that, preservation and augmentation of all that defines the spiritual world of person, culture of the people, today, is necessary more than ever before
