Do you know that Rishtan, located in the Fergana region, has been called the 'Main Pottery Workshop' of Central Asia since ancient times?

A unique technology for creating ceramic products has been developed since ancient times in Rishtan. Kuzagars - Rishtan ceramists are considered to be the descendants of pottery founders and keepers of old traditions.

There are three main features in Rishtan ceramics that make it unique and distinguish it from all the others. This is a particular pattern, colors and unique glaze.

This glaze is called ishkor, which is why Rishtan ceramics are sometimes called ishkor.

Rishtan dishes also promote healthy digestion and serve as talismans for their owners. This is facilitated by drawings, ornaments and patterns having magical protective meaning.
