International ballet festival to be held in Tashkent

In March 1 to 19, 2023, the Alisher Navoi State Academic Grand Theater in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, will hold the International Ballet Festival. The event organized by the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art will show various famous performances from different countries prepared by leading ballet schools, troupes and choreographers.

The grand program will include the ballet "The Jungle Book" Reimagined staged by Akram Khan (UK), an evening of bright acts by the Bejart Ballet Lausanne (Switzerland), the performances Pygmalion Effect and Eugene Onegin staged by the Boris Eifman Ballet Theater (Russia), as well as The Silk Road and the national ballet Lazgi – Dance of Soul and Love (Uzbekistan).

Tickets will soon be available on the website iticket.uz
